What sensitive support data means

The standard support bundle excludes restaurant database contents, item images, raw crash dumps, and mobile logs.

The optional sensitive selection adds a consistent database snapshot, images referenced by that snapshot, and available raw crash minidumps together. Database records can contain restaurant, staff, order, payment, and guest- related operational data. Raw minidumps can contain fragments of process memory.

Select it only for a specific support case, after administrator authorization, and send it through the approved encrypted workflow. Never email an unencrypted database, image directory, or minidump.
