Find your version and system information

On the PC, open Settings -> System information and collect only the fields Support requests:

• app and platform version;
• migration status;
• sanitized license plan, ID, validity, and machine-binding state;
• local network interface/address information; and
• current feature/resource status.

On mobile, open Settings and note the app version, device model, OS version, and signed-in role. Do not send passwords, PINs, raw machine identifiers, license keys, or a database screenshot.
