A printer does not print

First determine whether Restaurly created a print job.

  1. Keep the Restaurly PC app running.
  2. Open Settings -> Recent print jobs and find the expected job.
  3. If no job exists, check the relevant printer is enabled and, for kitchen work, that the POS category filter matches an ordered item.
  4. If it is queued or retrying, confirm the printer is powered, has paper, and is reachable at the configured IP address and TCP port.
  5. If it is uncertain, inspect paper before doing anything else.
  6. If it failed, correct the destination and use a marked reprint only when a replacement copy is needed.

Restaurly currently supports raw TCP/Wi-Fi printing, not USB transport.
