Accents or currency symbols print incorrectly

Restaurly's current network-printer profile targets the Xprinter XP-N160II.

  1. Confirm the configured printer model and firmware match the supported setup.
  2. Keep the fixed PC852 table command at 18; Restaurly switches to PC858 where supported currency symbols require it.
  3. Print a training document containing the affected restaurant-authored name and currency.
  4. Inspect real paper, not only the queue's Printed state.
  5. Record the exact missing or substituted characters for Support.

Do not replace text with a different currency or remove accents from customer data as a workaround.
