An update failed or needs recovery
Keep the PC powered and read the exact update state before trying again.
- Check Settings -> Application updates for the installed and available versions.
- Confirm the PC has network access and enough time to finish without being shut down.
- If Install and restart is available, use it once and let Restaurly create its verified backup.
- If the dedicated recovery page appears, use only its guided action.
- Do not replace executables, manifests, protected update state, or database files by hand.
If verification keeps failing, report both versions, the exact message, time, and whether the app is a packaged Windows build.
