Restaurly shows database recovery
Restaurly stays offline here to protect restaurant records.
- Photograph or copy the exact recovery code and message.
- Do not open, rename, delete, replace, or edit the database or backup files.
- Keep the PC powered and stop repeated launch attempts.
- Use only the recovery action shown by Restaurly or instructions supplied by Support.
- Restore or import only a validated backup through Restaurly's supported UI.
- After recovery, verify staff, tables, menu, images, orders, payments, settings, and printer history before reopening service.
