An order cannot be created

Keep the draft open while you check what is missing.

1. Confirm a table is selected and assigned to the signed-in waiter.
2. Confirm at least one available item is selected.
3. Complete every required linked-category choice.
4. Ask the administrator to verify the item is active, has a valid price, and belongs to a category with an active VAT group.
5. Refresh once, then check the order list before retrying.

If the first request may have reached the PC, never create a duplicate until you have checked the table and order history.
