A feature or resource limit message appears
Read whether the message names a missing feature or a full resource.
- For Feature unavailable, review the current plan and choose an included workflow or change plans.
- For Limit reached, remove or archive an unused live resource where the UI supports it, or increase the plan allowance.
Existing records and history are not deleted when creation is blocked. Waiters and POS stations share the staff allowance. Report the plan, named feature or resource, current/maximum count, and exact message if the numbers look wrong.
