Add your first team

Create one account for each waiter and preparation station that will use Restaurly.

Applies to: PC and administrator.

Add accounts

1. Open Staff in the Dashboard.
2. Add each guest-service staff member with the Waiter role, a recognizable name, and a numeric PIN.
3. Open POS and add each preparation station, such as Kitchen or Bar.
4. Assign category filters to each POS only after the menu categories exist.
5. Record each account's displayed ID and give it privately to the correct team member.

Waiters and POS stations share the plan's staff capacity. Never reuse a shared PIN merely for convenience.

Check the result

Sign in once with each role on a training device. A waiter should see waiter navigation; a POS should see only work routed to that station.
