Get started with Restaurly
Before installing Restaurly, register your company with us. Once registration is underway, you will set up Restaurly in two parts: the PC that keeps the restaurant running, and the mobile app your waiter or preparation team uses during a shift.
You need to register your company with Restaurly before you can use Restaurly. Send the required company details by email or request a quote through the Restaurly website contact form.
Choose trial or paid access
After company registration, select the Free trial in your account if eligible, or buy a paid plan. Selecting the Free trial does not start the seven days; PC activation does. You do not need a paid activation spot for an available Free trial.

How the two apps work together
The Restaurly PC is the restaurant's local host. It keeps the restaurant data, runs the Dashboard, and accepts connections from the companion app. Phones and preparation devices connect to that PC over the restaurant's local network.
Keep the PC app running during the shift. Ordinary local ordering can continue without a cloud service, but the phone and PC must still be able to reach each other over the local Wi-Fi or wired network.
Choose Waiter for staff who serve guests, create orders, and take payments. POS / Back of House is for a preparation station. The administrator path is available only in the Restaurly PC Dashboard, where first-time setup and restaurant management take place; there is no Administrator role in the mobile app.
Before the first live shift
Use synthetic or training orders until you have checked the menu, prices, VAT groups, tables, staff IDs and PINs, POS category routing, printers, and your separate fiscal-receipt process. Do not learn these settings for the first time with a guest waiting.
