Order statuses at a glance
The same status names describe preparation across Restaurly:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Created | The order was accepted and preparation has not started. |
| In progress | A POS station is preparing the work. |
| Ready to take | Preparation is finished and the waiter should collect it. |
| Completed | The restaurant's hand-off step is complete; the quantity can become payable. |
| Rejected | The station could not prepare the work; it cannot be charged. |
| Deleted | A newly created order was cancelled before preparation; it cannot be charged. |
Different items may show different progress when one order is split between stations. Completed, rejected, and deleted states preserve history instead of making old work disappear.
