Find system and license information
Open Settings to review the current plan, license state, application version, platform, migration level, and local-network connection details.
Applies to: PC and administrator.
The license panel can show the plan, license ID, masked customer identity, machine-binding state, validity, enabled features, and capacity limits. System information can show the app and platform versions plus the address and port mobile devices use on the restaurant network.
When contacting support, copy only the fields requested. A screenshot of the masked panel is safer than sending activation secrets, passwords, raw database files, or unreviewed logs.
Mobile and PC releases must be compatible. If a version warning appears, update the affected app before continuing service.
Free trial dates
An active Free trial PC license has the original seven-day trial expiry. The online account also shows awaiting activation, active or expired trial access and available allowances. Same-installation recovery keeps the expiry; an online purchase/admin grant does not itself replace the installed license. Check both before service.
