Set up network printers
Restaurly sends non-fiscal documents from the PC directly to configured ESC/POS printers over the local network.
Applies to: PC and administrator.
Printer destinations
- The customer summary printer is shared by all payments.
- Each POS station can have its own kitchen printer.
- The management printer receives internal close summaries.
Open Settings → Printers and enter each enabled printer's network address and port. Choose the matching printer profile and cutter setting, save, then make a training print before service. The PC must stay running and able to reach the printer over the restaurant network.
Restaurly currently supports raw TCP/Wi-Fi printing. A USB-only connection is not supported. Printer output is operational documentation, not an official fiscal receipt.
