Print management close summaries
Management closes summarize preserved payment and VAT data for an internal period. They are available for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly review.
Applies to: PC and administrator.
Choose the period in Settings → Printers, review the dates, and create the close. Restaurly uses the restaurant timezone saved with the close and the immutable payment snapshots inside the selected period.
The printed document may include gross totals, payment counts, and VAT breakdowns. Later menu, VAT, currency, or timezone changes do not rewrite a completed close.

A management close is an internal Restaurly summary. It is not a fiscal close and does not replace reporting required by your cash register or local law.
