Work from the POS order queue
The POS home screen shows work routed to the signed-in station. Each order card includes its order identifier, current status, note, and matching items.
Applies to: mobile app and POS role.
New work arrives from the restaurant PC and the list refreshes when orders change. Tap a card to open the status actions, then choose only the action that matches the real preparation step.
Linked selections are shown together as a Bundle. Keep those choices together when reading or preparing the ticket. The Display prices setting controls whether item prices appear on POS cards; it does not change stored prices.
If expected work is absent, first check the station's assigned categories, then the PC/mobile connection. Do not use another station's login as a routing workaround.
