Take full and split payments
From Tables, choose a table with completed work and open its payment selection.
Applies to: mobile app and waiter role.
For a full payment, select all payable quantities. For a split payment, choose only the quantities the current guest is paying. Restaurly previews the gross total, currency, and VAT breakdown before confirmation.
Linked item choices are one indivisible bundle and move together. Active items remain on the table, while rejected and deleted lines are excluded. Each confirmed checkout receives an immutable payment record.
After confirmation, wait for the result and refresh the table. If the response is interrupted, check the remaining quantities and payment history before trying again.
When customer-summary printing is enabled, the app also shows its print-job status. Printing failure never cancels a confirmed payment.
