Create and manage orders
Select the center + button, choose a table, and use Add and manage
items to build an order. Confirm quantities, required linked choices, prices,
and the optional order note before selecting Create order.
Applies to: mobile app and waiter role.
Before sending, the manage-items screen lets you add items, adjust the planned selection, and delete incorrect lines. After creation, Restaurly treats the sent order as operational history: follow its statuses instead of silently rewriting prepared work.
A newly created order can be deleted only while it is still Created. Completed portions are preserved for payment, while rejected and deleted lines cannot be charged.
If the create request appears to time out, refresh Orders before trying again. This avoids creating a duplicate when the PC accepted the first request.
